Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I ordered the Banzai Burger today with a salad and a drink. The salad and the drink were good. But they burned the pineapple on the burger. It was black on one side. But they put it in the burger. I had to get it out. I told the waitress that this was the best part. She agreed, but she wasn't worried and didn't do anything about it. Very disappointed.

I have eaten about a dozen times at this point, and overall I would say that they are a solid 4/5 stars. I go with 5 for this review because the last few times the food was absolutely perfect. Tonight we ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger, the Smokehouse Brisket Burger (limited time special and Mozzarella sticks. The burgers were perfect and the mozzarella sticks were perhaps the best I ever had. (I know they are probably frozen bars like any other Fast Casual restaurant, but they were so good! I admit that the pommes were a little undercooked, and there was an additional ancillary sauce that we ordered that was omitted (but I checked the order and noticed that before leaving. But the burgers and mozzerella sticks were so good that the 5 stars deserve completely.

It's Saturday afternoon. There's six cars in the parking lot and this place is on a 30 minute wait. They're clearly not ready for the big time. Save yourself the time and go someplace where they know how to run a restaurant. Edit:. Gave this place another shot two weeks later. It does seem to be improving. The wait was still a bit too long for a mostly empty place, so it's clear there's staffing issues, but once we sat down the service was perfectly pleasant and the food was solid. Added a star to compensate. I hope the trend continues.

I went there on mother's day. I knew ahead of time there would be a wait. After waiting for ever an hour we were finally seated. After waiting another hour for our food. Is was ok. Except for the Brisket burgers. Made my husband and step son sick. Didn't even finish eating. Manager did take it off bill. As we were leaving another table was complaining about the same burger. Waitress was sweet. Very attentive. First and last time at Red Robins.
