Penn Station East Coast Subs - Hilliard

Philly is always dry and doesn't have enough meat to bread. Atmosphere is cold in winter and back is always blocked off when we go there, leaving us to sit by cold window. The staff Is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

The subs are delicious, though there wasn 't much meat this time, but an overabundance of ranch dressing! Staff is fine but the price is RIDICULOUS. $9.99 for a regular sub (maybe 9 ...$2 to add cheese! Seriously?? A small fry is $3.39?! I can get an entire steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse for the price of their monthly special . Also, the dining room was FREEZING, I had to go get my coat. I can 't justify the cost of eating there.

If you like dried out chicken, very little meat, very few fries, and lots of bread, then, by all means dine at this location. Their prices are also higher than other local Penn Stations. This review is based upon a mid-afternoon visit on February 29, 2023.

Only one person appears to be not so friendly and I think she is a manager. They don't like giving extra condiments when you ask for them, not going back to this Penn Station.

Returned my Regular artichoke sandwich w/chicken and mushrooms. WHERES THE CHICKEN (Sorry thats what penstation does 1oz for 2.00 wow the 4 tiny pieces look like baby artichoke smh and the cookie was not edible by my husband or I. Never again
