We were several times satisfied at the restaurant “Zur Lamme” and at any time completely satisfied. The service was always very friendly and the food was very delicious. Large portions at reasonable prices. We like to come back!

A good address I got a very tasty zander. The ambiance was cozy and pleasant, the staff was very happy and helpful.

The quality was partly below that of Pommesbuden in the Lower Rhine. Service friendly, selection very manageable (Burger/Schnitzel/Pommes etc. . You can sit nicely outdoors however this is not really thriving but rather rustic.

For several years we have been around six times a year in Bad Salzdetfurth, the tranquil place at Harz. Until 30 years ago, this air resort was still well frequented by tourists. The Kronprinz hotel, which is over 100 years old, also dates from the flowering period of the mining. At a time when everything, including hotel rooms, must be as normal as possible, the Crown Prince has preserved the charm of the old days and has been completely and very elaborately renovated. Only the complete renovation of the sanitary and heating facilities must have cost a fortune in the listed house. The rooms are, as so often with old hotels, very spacious. The staff is very accommodating. The hotelier forms, the team holds (family) together. The breakfast buffet is very good and balanced. The in-house whole grain bread is particularly good. Even if we were the only guests, the breakfast buffet was not saved. Lunch and dinner is grounded and nothing else can be suspected, because the customer base of this town does not want a “buckling snack”. In the “Schenke” the young people meet in the evening and drink a last evening beer. Here too, everything is grounded. We are always happy to return to the Crown Prince, even because you are quickly listening. This is something special in Lower Saxony, because most hotels in this category, which still exist, show the guest what is happening – they advertise with “Fremdenzimmer”.
