Papa Johns Pizza - Highlands Ranch

I worked for dominos for over 33 years. This young Lady Samantha was absolutely amazing!!! She had my order correct and everything got and fresh. Thank you sooooooo very much to have amazing crew and managers to serve us correctly!! I appreciate all they do!! I love in lakewood co and come here to Highlands Ranch Co just to get my papa johns. No matter where I live this is the best Papa johns to go too. Nothing is ever wrong with my order not ever!!! Make this young lady a. Corporate person. She knows what her customers love and wants. Thank you Samantha for being their for my family. I will always come to you for my dinner night. My family and I love you!!! Your a true angel from heaven!!!!

I ordered from the Highlands Ranch location last Friday. Our order was not made correctly. I went online to share my experience and request a refund. Within an hour I had a voice-mail (the caller did not leave her name) apologizing and honoring my refund request. Excellent customer service!!!! For the company to take accountability and action to rectify my dissatisfaction is so rare now a days. Thank you for being so diligent Papa John's Highlands Ranch! We will be back to try again!

Omg I still cannot believe for $35 the delivery service we got. Placed an order at 6:30. At 7:30 w ease that the delivery driver was out and about. At 7:48 called, was told that the pizza had been delivered. We have ring door bell. No pizza. Called and was told I was wrong, that the pizza had been delivered. When it finally arrived, the deliver person was so rude…and I mean so rude!!!! We have it all on Ring camera with the voice!

The delivery driver did not knock or ring the doorbell before leaving our food on the concrete, resulting in a cold and soggy mess when we finally checked on it. Our recent orders have been disappointing, with mistakes like wrong pizzas and deformed, nearly inedible pizzas becoming more frequent.

The lemon pepper wings were terrible! The pizza was alright, but it's not as good as it used to be. Overall, the food was rated 1 out of 5.
