We made a reservation through OT and received confirmation from them, but when we arrived at the restaurant for dinner, it was closed.
This is the second time we've made reservations through OpenTable, and both times we've arrived to find the restaurant closed despite our confirmation. In Highlands, securing a dinner reservation is essential for a nice experience, so this has been quite disappointing. I believe this restaurant should be removed from OpenTable, especially since their voicemail indicates they don't accept reservations.
