Went there yesterday. Staff didn't advise the restroom was not available. Had to flag down waiter several times. Food was good. There was no heat.
Absolutely delicious and approved by my Texas visitors. Solid margaritas, excellent salsa, and great prices.
It's a nice, cozy Mexican restaurant in Highlands. The staff was friendly. The food was good. I would visit again in the future.
