Jack In The Box - Highland

I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. I went thru the drive thru at Jack in the box. I ordered a lg coke, a lg Dr Pepper, a 3 piece egg rolls and an order of loaded tiny tacos. 4 items only. The female working the window asked me three times what all I ordered. I repeated my order to her. Then for a 4th time she asked what my drink was. This was strange. When I approached the window she repeated my order and I asked for a cheesecake added on as I handed her my card. When I got my order. . . No cheesecake. She said you didn't order a cheesecake. I said as I handed you my card to pay I asked to add a cheese cake. She said I read your order back to you and you didn't have a cheesecake. At that point I gave up and drove away because obviously her incompetence runs deep!!!! Better service and food at the one on highland ave!! One star because I have to!

Very friendly staff, clean environment, good food. Enjoyed the mini tacos and egg rolls.

Awful all of it they can screw up eggs just nasty cold and hard won't b doin that again

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! They will ALWAYS miss something and the employees have a NASTY ATTITUDE!!!! Also just passed by today 07.09.2023 1:45am. And was told they are closed!!! Isn't this place supposed to be open 24 hours!!!

Diane(? made our day. After getting frustrated with McD's shift supervisor, we walked out and crossed the street for Jack in the Box instead. Diane is the total opposite... she's very warm, friendly, PROFESSIONAL, and totally accommodating.We came back July 4th because of Diane. She's not around, but the manager who served us has the same demeanor... very warm, friendly, attentive, and PROFESSIONAL.We added more food to our orders because of their excellent customer management.
