Bidra med feedbackWe ordered 2 #3's. The chicken was very bland. Not even a hint of salt or anything else. We asked for butter and honey for our rolls and didn't get either one. We ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and we didn't get any gravy just plain potatoes. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
I placed an order and when I got home they forgot my rolls. So I returned and told the girl at the window they forgot my rolls....she said are you sure...lol. she then shut the window and got my tools.. handed them to me and rudely shut the window. Not even a sorry for the inconveniences. I'm sure it will be my last time there. Oh and the done in is locked so I had to wait to get the rolls they tried to rip me off out of. I understand that mistakes are made but being rude after one doesn't make it right. Be sure to check your order before you leave so you don't have to be treated rudely when they try to rip you off.
I am so sorry to say that this is no longer on my list of favs. I ordered online and had to wait 25 minutes to be ready. I was greeted no more than 5 minutes when I stood at the counter and the greeting was “What is their order?” not a “Hello”, not a “welcome”, nothing. After waiting for my order for so long, I checked it out before leaving and there were several things missing. none of the sauces, a order of the bone in the chicken, no serious (not for the chicken tsarte or the carto-smooth) and the bottom of the chicken-shoed crate was so wet with condensation that it fell apart. I really felt quite disappointed paying $70 for huh and treating with all this. Maybe they are short staff like everyone, but the people who grab the bags did not move very quickly. the chef was certainly coughing. he is really the only reason why I give a star that he saved the day by helping the girl take care of my order. Too bad I love her huh.
I came here for lunch today at 12:00pm. It is a Monday. My chicken tenders and fries are luke warm at best. I asked the guy in the drive thru if I could get fresh chicken and he said “our tenders aren’t that old” and it would be 15 minutes before I could get fresh ones. Even chicken and fries under a heat lamp are warmer than these. What type of chicken place doesn’t even have hot food during the lunch rush? My food is barely edible. Worst $11 I’ve ever spent. Completely wasted. If you only have a 30 minute lunch break, don’t come here. Even if you aren’t in a rush, I would never recommend this location. I wish I had read the reviews first. This place is poorly managed, and the customer service is poor as well. They didn’t even offer me a receipt. I will never come to this location again.I wouldn’t be surprised if it shuts down.
I recently moved to Colorado and have been missing the delicious restaurants back home. I have been searching for a good chicken restaurant with no luck until I returned to Texas and found Chicken E’s. I couldn't get enough of their fried chicken and okra during my three-day visit. My kids also enjoyed their chicken strips and nuggets. The portions are generous and the quality of the food is still top-notch, which is hard to come by these days. Their iced tea is also excellent. My only complaint is that I am currently craving their food but they are closed now. I know what I'll be getting tomorrow. I highly recommend giving them a try, as you will surely become a fan as well.
