Bidra med feedbackGreat little quirky place in the middle of not really anywhere. We were a little late showing up on a Saturday night but they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in getting us fed. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was simple but delicious and seemed fresh and freshly prepared. And the restaurant itself (an old converted shop) was quirky and fun with random stuff (stylishly) placed all over. Price point was about right. Food: 5
Great place to stop at, especially when the weather isn't great. Warm welcome from all the staff with great food and drinks. Wood burner to warm up with and snakes and ladders to pass some time. Thanks for the travel advice as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Don't miss this. If you are doing NC500 do not drive past without calling in. This was a pleasant surprise whilst we were charging. A real gem. Good coffee, cake and bottles of wine to take away. Highly recommend. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We called in for lunch whilst touring the area, we were greeted by the very helpful Julie, who directed us to a table beside the wood-burning stove, very welcome on a wet and cold day. I had the seafood platter, and my partner had a toasty, the food was outstanding, and delivered to the table promptly, lovely coffee and hot chocolate. We also bought some cake and sausage rolls for our tea, if you're in the area this lovely welcoming little gem is definitely worth a visit. Parking: Enough
