Bidra med feedbackWe had a nice dinner, it's our first night to eat before we go.
The service is amazing, has no time taken! clean, good for romantic term
Traditional Indian cuisine and a lot to choose from the extensive menu. especially I enjoyed the house baked naan.
We come every year after thurso. have come for over 30 years and it is great to improve the quality and choice in the run of the years. we do not try to visit a restaurant more than once on each trip, but. for the priest of bengal we have broken this rule. they cannot be removed from the unpredictable device. eating is excellent. the menu is quite wide and all choices on the special menu give different tastes. cooking is of highest standard without overwhelming the other ingredients. service is very good, fast and polite. eating is a good value for money, I can not recommend the restaurant very good enough. a joy to eat here.
I have never had a bad experience with Indian food, only average, good, and very good. Pride of Bengal India in Thurso has now added a new category to my experience palette with the introduction of their "amuse" starter. The aubergine starter was very good, and the popadoms with three delicious sauces were also very good. However, the main dish of chilli garlic palak with fried rice and keema naan was truly amazing. The service was friendly with helpful advice on the menu, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Despite living 200 miles away, I will definitely be returning to dine here again in the future. The prices were very reasonable as well. A visit to Thurso is not complete without stopping by this amazing restaurant!
