Newtonmore Grill - Highland

What a find! We wanted a coffee but towing a caravan. This was brilliant. Lovely welcome, excellent food and coffee at reasonable price

Rather a local for passing and trucker at the end of newtonmore. interieur reminds of American dinner. hamburgers were very lazy and rather average. prices are okay.

I read all the comments about this premises not being much to look at but food and service were great. I certainly can agree on one of those points, not the bonniest building but it is a pit stop kind of place. Once inside however...things didn't improve, chips were reheated and the actual menu was extremely limited depending on dietary requirements. Also seemed to be low on stock as most requests resulted in a shake of the head from the waitress. I suppose I was possibly expecting a bit too much considering the relatively low prices but it's not somewhere I'll ever look to return. At one point we were the only table being used in the whole place but still no friendly interaction as described in previous reviews.

Pizza and fish and chips were very tasty and very reasonably priced. Came here the last time we visited and still as good. Friendly too.

It's doesn't look like much from the outside but the food and service were wonderful. Couldn't ask for nicer
