Dunkin Donuts - Highland

Quality has seem to gone down. My toasted bagel was not toasted and was soft, warm but soft.

I hate going here.. they never know what to charge.. they b adding on all kinds of charge.. no other place charges extra for extra cream... I've seen them charge extra for a lot of things just watch them..

Nothing like going to get a coffee with rude service . The lady on the speaker today was just rude with her service. She sounded mad she had to take an order. I ordered my hot coffee, which wasn?t even hot. Got it cold .

The lobby is never open and they close earlier than they are supposed to. They are constantly out of products. There are no adults in this location looks like it?s run by teens . Like why can?t people come inside. Rude.

September 30, 2022 during the 0800AM hour, I experienced the worst service and the rudest, most vile and mean-spirited employees ever at this location. The cars were backed up 10-12 deep on Ridge Rd and the employees displayed zero situational awarenessalong with an almost-palpable contempt for me. I'm given two stars because the coffee is delicious.
