Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I got a 5 chicken fingerboard, the size of the offers were not like the normal size they are in the rule, they were much smaller, better suited for a small child. I missed it, maybe they had a new one or maybe they were short workers. when I came to my salat, completely frozen! frozen tomato, the fried chicken was cold. I lost it here! I'm at a place where I can't just hop in a car and go to the load to solve these problems. I have stopped using in past problems with food quality / quantity. if I spend $30 in her facility, why do I get something that is not fresh! as if I had no care. I had a choice today. I wanted to order doordash or instacart. I regret my decision. most people would ask for a refund, but I do not. I just want them to fix the problems so that the next person can have a better experience.

They have not been here for 2 years after they have experienced terrible eating and despicable service. I and my son have decided to try tonight and I am so glad that we did it! the food was absolutely delicious. the customer service was fantastic! not ignorant, rude and unrespectful, as if it were our last visit. the crew tonight was great! we will definitely come back! the old hired made their load really terrible.

Chicken strips are wonderful and juicy. it hates that they hired the house chips because I'm not a fan of pommes.

Rude, nasty “ manager” . Proceeds argue with me to tell me I have to come inside to pick up my online order, even though I placed an order through drive through!! What sense does that make?!Inconvenience the paying customer!Then gave me a burnt, dried out sandwich, didn’t give me the sauce for my food that I ordered online for free. Go get pointers from chick fila! I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS TRASH LOCATION!
