Sonic Drive-in - High Point

Need more attention to the cleanliness and the look of the drive thru person. Today I was greeted with dirty nails and exposed hairs, only look not appealing overall. I was honestly grown up and complained to another worker. got home and the twill rings and mozzarella sticks both lubricated like karton. I usually squirt there for my son atleast 3 times a week before school, but from today I won't be back! very disappointing!

Worse! we went there today and were told that all the conditions for the order were closed and the house was closed. we said they could only go through the drive to order to place commands and we would have to wait long because he had to take the commands and then go back there and cook it because he was the only person who works. this is the 3-4 times that this happened at this sonic location. they should just turn off this place!

I ordered 20$ worth eating and I also ordered drinks one without is bc my teeth hurt her still my drink with ice and all play arround while I tried to get my order fixed, not to mention I had to ask the person 3 different paints what he said bc I could not hear yet was impressed how everything with sonic i went here also was an asst manager for 4

Online order for pickup at 12:10. I'm still sitting on food. already clicked twice and still waiting time. they probably avoid here from now on. Edit: it was 12:45 when the owner came and said they had not hired the mobile. they wanted me to come in so they could read my phone.

The Sonic in this area, including the one in Thomasville, has slow service and is unpleasant. The employees seem indifferent and do not put in much effort. It is evident that Sonic as a company does not prioritize improving the situation. This issue has persisted for some time, as seen in negative reviews. I used to frequent Sonic often, but since moving here, my experiences at both locations have been consistently poor. Additionally, both places tend to turn off their menu boards in order to avoid serving customers in their cars.
