I went up there around 8:20pm lastnight and ordered a sub I got home my some taste old like the bread had been sitting out. So I waited until the next day to call since they would be close at 9 that night I got my food well took forever for someone to answer next day called like 3 times I got a answer on the 3rd call and told the person Otp what was wrong with my food had the recipient and all well he said that if I didn't have my food I couldn't get a remake as his manager said which is crazy to me because I've been calling more than 1 I'm not holding no food that I was disappointed in i didn't even think they were going to ask for the old food if I would've known that I would've kept it so they could see

The girls at the restaurant did a great job with customer service. The takeout food was delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was rated 3 out of 5.

Last night, I went to the restaurant around 8:20pm and ordered a sub. When I got home, it tasted old as if the bread had been sitting out for a while. I decided to wait until the next day to call because they were closing at 9pm. However, it took a long time for someone to answer the phone. I called three times the next day before finally getting through. I explained the issue with my food to the person on the phone and even had the receipt. Unfortunately, they said I couldn't get a remake because I didn't have the old food with me. I was surprised by this rule because I had called multiple times and wasn't holding onto the food I was disappointed in. If I had known they would ask for the old food, I would have kept it to show them.

I absolutely adore this Subway location! The staff here really takes care of us customers. The food is top-notch and the service is excellent. I usually get takeout for dinner and the prices are very affordable, averaging around $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend trying their cookies, All-American Club, Black Forest Ham, Roast Beef, and The Philly. The atmosphere is also great, earning a perfect 5-star rating in my book.
