Outback Steakhouse Hickory

The staff did what they could with what they had on a Monday afternoon. The Blooming Onion appetizer was served quickly, but we had to request bread after the meal was served. Drink orders were taken first and I ordered a beer, which was not served along with the other beverages I believed they just forgot. So after a while, I realized that I would prefer a red wine instead, and that was excellent. They happened to have run out of baked potatoes. I could understand that, but we were only informed as the meal was ready to be served. I and another guest had to quickly decide on substitutions. My stake was too rare to be the medium that I ordered; since I prefer it undercooked versus overcooked, I did not send it back. My party was served between a waiter, a waitress, and the manager; none of them shared their name. At a sit down restaurant I would have preferred being served by one attentive person, rather than catching help from the next employee to pass. The manager took off the appetizer from the bill to compensate for the baked potatoes and I also had the no show beer removed from the bill too. Overall, the food was very good.

Our waiter name was Noah and he was very proactive professional and a blast !!! Loved his smile and personality! Answered all my questions made sure we had all we needed and kept checking on us through out our time there ! Absolutely loved the services tonight !

Noah was our server. He was very courteous attentive. He took care of us very well. He made our dining experience very enjoyable. We will definitely come back for him to serve us again! Thank you!!

I would like to take this opportunity to praise you and your staff for all that was done to make Mother’s Day extra special. The staff worked together so efficiently and the thoughtfulness was definitely in the details! Our server was so sweet and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. The door greeter was welcoming and it felt like we were royalty. Our dining experience was the most pleasant experience we had in a long time. Thank you and you’re amazing for an exceptionally special day that was a highlight for our family.

I'd give 6 stars across the board if possible. The food was amazing. Our server took great care of us making sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask.
