Jimmy John's - Hickory

Last order I put online was thrown together without accuracy. lettuce and other requested condiments were omitted and the other components were spersome. I was told they had only sweet tee. (last 3 times in over a month's time their drink machine is out of the order 'by co2 '. I told them I ordered sweete, but what is going on with the drink machine? the canister was empty with several crippled tee opened and sitting on the counter. when I asked where I could find more sweet tee, the manager asked the only customer, I suppose family if he knew how to make sweet tee. I was told that they were also made of bottled drinks, so I could grab another bag of chips or a cookie for the credit. I wish them luck, but I don't know that this place will make it. as someone who worked in my teenager and 20's in the food service, I believe in tapping; but after this experience, I will not order online again and tap only to get bad service when picking up my order.

Out of sandwich toppings every single time we go here. Very rude teenage employees who never have ordered made on time, make it wrong and forget items. Every time. Im done with this place

Got a sandwich combo today. Was advised all they had was bottled diet coke, sprite and monster due to fountain drink broken. Ordered a sprite to only be told later all that was left was diet coke and monster. Have been noticing this locations quality going down.

One and Done, Never again... The ONLY reason I ordered from there was hearing about Freaky Fast . So I figured they are literally 3mins away 15 mins tops... 45 mins later I call back and the lady I got this time said Oh, they should of told you we only have one driver and she 's 45 mins behind ... I told her to just cancel the order. Then she says Oh Wait a minute sir, your sandwiches are here made up and you 're the next one in line. So I reluctantly tell her yes go ahead and send them out.. Im thinking Without any spit ... I was recommended the Gargantuan.. So I got it for about $11 after tax (Just the 8 sandwich)... What a rip, I could of gotten a Whole sub with more meat and veggies from Publix right down the road cheaper.... If you call and get some one that sounds like they barely have the energy to even breath.. Ask her name, If it 's Taikira Ask to speak to someone else or hang up... I was wanting a good sub had not had one in awhile my subway closed up where I live and against my better judgment didn't listen to a colleague and went ,VERY DISAPPOINTED JIMMY JOHNS YOU HAVE NO TOPPINGS NONE IM SO SORRY BUT I WILL NOT BE BACK FIRST AND LAST.
