Bidra med feedbackIt was today, while a rude, titled client screamed at the checkout to not be able to break a $50 bill for a $2 order. The customer was completely unreasonable and throws a fit screaming that is America! in the restaurant, and the cash register (then catch their name, short blonde girl) treated it with great rest and serenity. I'd like to see you again. Five stars.
I placed a mobile order and selected a couple of hot sauce packets per item. I listed the quantity I like tjis mobile app feature so I get what i want EXACTLY. Unfortunatly i needed to ask for them afterI placed my order.
It is hard to visit a fast food restaurant that gets a vegetarian order right and I must say this place NIE gets my order wrong. Food is always fresh and tasty, always friendly and helpful. Love also the beautiful renovation!
Updated evaluation. After the reconstruction, the situation took a turn for the worse, but the last few times I left, it was excellent. Food quality has improved considerably. The quesoritos actually have the perfect amount of queso. Complete order correctly. The only improvement they can make is the customer interaction. Not all, but some drive through workers, it feels like their first time interacting with a human being. For example, I have an online order, a simple confirmation that you heard me would be nice. Instead of an unpleasant silence for a minute. Or if you spend the food, don't give it easy and close the door immediately. Maybe you tell your customers to have a nice day. Simple pleasures go a long way. If they correct this, they are 5. Sterns determined. But good work with improving food. This is, of course, the most important factor.
Only 1 item wrong but not return to fix it. Measuring on my nachos bell border should be veggie, but they added meat. Apart from that, it was perfect.
