Theres a time and place for venting but not on the frontline. And need to be set up to use the App and Coupons . Not happy paying full price when theres no reason ... Consistantcy is key..
There's a very special guy here named will I don't even much like subway and he makes me want to come back everyday he's passionate about how he makes his sandwiches like he's at one with the sandwich absolutely amazing and tip this man everytime I hope he receives

I ordered a meal which includes a drink and I got two cookies and I also ordered two more cookies in another flavor. I did not get the correct cookies I ordered 4 total but two different flavors and did not get what I ordered. I got 4 raisin. I don’t even like raisins. I also didn’t get my drink. I politely asked them if they would cut my sandwich in three slices, and that also wasn’t done. Tried to call the DoorDash person because when you order online it says you’re able to talk to the DoorDash person but of course that didn’t work and she was messaging me telling me that she was coming so I messaged her back after she left the food at my door and said I did not get my drink and of course she didn’t respond. I know who delivered my food because I have a camera at my door and on the message it said her first name. I called the store and talk to a man who said that the manager wouldn’t care and that he would give me a drink if I came in the next day at a certain time, well then after I talked to him, I noticed that the cookies were all wrong, so I just contacted DoorDash customer service and they tried to call Subway but Subway would not answer their repeated phone calls and they were not closed yet so I don’t know why they would not answer to DoorDash customer service. Either way, I’m not getting refunded because subway took my money in SUBWAY as the ones who owe me the money back door Dash said because I’m not the one who technically went through DoorDash. It was Subway that went through DoorDash. They don’t have their own delivery drivers.
The short guy was so chill and funny stories. And the crazy chick with colored hair was a good worker
