Okay let's keep this simple. This may not be the best breakfast place in Iowa or the United States. But it's just ahead of the one that is.
Always like family at Oscar's, they do a superb job. Never had a bad experience in all my 24yrs.
Food has changed with the menu, disappointed in stale burnt hash browns and lack of options for a larger breakfast. Prices stayed expensive and food quantity and quality went down.
I ordered a 'hot beef sandwich '... There were two THIN lunch meat size slices of roast beef in the ENTIRE sandwich.... and the cost of this ridiculous sandwich was $11.45!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had an ice tea, they wouldn 't give me a to-go cup to take my ice tea with me... they said they didn 't have any to-go cups.... Save your money, go some place else. I 'll never go back.
