El Pimiento - Hialeah

Unforgettable night! I took my girlfriend (significant others) to try tapas at Pimentón Spanish Restaurant. The service was great, the food was amazing and the decor was very original. I felt like I was back in Spain with family celebrations or in a family fiesta. I loved everything about the restaurant and would definitely return. We had reservations and sat right away. We were greeted briefly and welcomed by the owners Roberto Veruska. The waiter was very helpful, friendly attention also with a full restaurant last Saturday night. He almost brought us delicious bread as soon as we sit down. I ordered a glass of Sangria and it tasted like the one my father made with lots of fruit and a generous part. The food/tapas was authentic and delicious! My girlfriend felt at home and loved the food. I loved the way the restaurant was designed with the decorations. It looked like the restaurants in Spain and the prices were very reasonable/influencable. I loved the whole experience absolutely: excellent service, great food and great ambience. Roberto Veruska has created an exceptional experience in authentic Spanish cuisine. I highly recommend it!

Visited this nice Lil Tapas restaurant with great ambience and service. The food is delicious, we started with the Manchego, Cantimpalo and Serrano Board of the Serrano and cantimpalo were fresh and tasty and the Manchego was beautiful and a mixture of creamy and crisp... the French mini rollers were warm and delicious.... I had the Montadito and the whole dish was very good and the pig on its own was delicious.... the fresh salad had a nice touch of olives I love...

We had a great dinner in El Pimento the owner Veruska came a conversation with us, she takes a lot of pride on her food. The waiter is a very centurion we had a great time. Everything is fresh and tasteful. We can highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent restaurant. Very good tapas of all kinds. Beautiful selection of Spanish and Argentine wines. Must go if they have live music. It's a big ambience.

Have been coming here for years and love it. Great atmosphere and customer service and great food. Keep up the great work.
