Dunkin' - Hialeah

It's awesome to have a 24 hour coffee shop near home, it is even better that the location is not a Starbucks. My biggest complaint would be the lack of English speaking staff as it did cause some communication issues, however they where very friendly and helpful. With the aid of pointing items out and a couple of customers helping, our order was correct. The donuts were fresh, and tasted delicious. The french vanilla coffee was great, tasted very fresh and I would recommend it.

Staff on the morning shift can never get an order right and are generally unprofessional, they take 2 minutes to get your order, I usualy go there at 11am to get anything from a light snack to an iced latte, never, have I ever gotten my order right, especially with the iced latte, their concept of less ice is to fill the cup with ice halfway through. The staff in the aftenoon (after 2pm) is great, fast, efficient, they are always nice and get the orders right.

This place is always spotless. The same ladies have been working there for years and keep the place immaculate. They're always friendly, remember your order and make your coffee just the way you like it.

This place has its days of great service and other days you can simply say that they are there and the service shows in the moderate setting. So youa just a hit or miss a place

To begin too few employees to visit customers in line, phone orders and Uber lift orders. There is always something missing: either they have no cup holders or caps for the cups or cream cheese, or even simple bagels, they always wait for the truck. The way is a health risk, the customers in the store, the orders that are picked up by phone orders and the Ubers are at the same place, making a crowded area leading to the transfer of viruses like Covid. The only reasons why I have come to this restaurant to this day are the employees who do the impossible to please the customers and because it is convenient, but I have no choice but to look for an alternative for my breakfast.
