Gross. The worst pizza I've ever had in my life. The pizza didn't taste fresh, it was flat, and tasteless. How do you mess up pizza? Good thing I didn't tip.
I had a terrible experience with customer service at this location. It's the closest delivery option to my address, but I won’t be ordering from Domino's again. I strongly suggest that the entire staff be reassessed, and the website needs a significant update; it doesn’t allow for online orders. Additionally, when I tried to call the store, they hung up on me! Please consider closing this store down.
On October 2, I placed an order at 12:10 PM, and it still hasn’t been delivered as of 1:13 PM. They keep you on hold forever or hang up after you've been waiting for over 20 minutes! I paid for my food, paid for delivery, and even left a tip online. Where is my order?!
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The drivers allow other people to handle your order, and the management is absolutely awful. They don’t answer the phone when you try to reach them, and it seems like they intentionally mess up orders. They even offer you a free pizza, but it’s likely to be messed up as well. I really cannot recommend this place—my experience here has completely changed my perspective. It's clear that this restaurant is on a downward spiral. Before you decide to order from here, you might as well get some Digiorno pizza; at least you know what you're going to get.
