Domino's Pizza - Hialeah

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff seems to allow others to interfere with the ordering process, and the administration is frustratingly unresponsive. They often mix up orders on purpose and then try to make amends by offering a free pizza, which is hardly an acceptable solution. This experience has completely changed my opinion of the place. It’s clear they are going downhill. If you’re thinking of ordering here, you might as well just grab a DiGiorno pizza instead; at least you know what you're getting.

We meet a very nice lady she is amazing adorable person ..my son and his loves her so much ..they pray on the way that she will be working...she is amazing ...she has a beautiful long hair ...we love you ..she is a very hard worker

Hav since 18:39 pm it is currently 10:07 and I have suspended 16 times!

To much dough not enough sauce and meat. I ordered 3 meats pep, bac, and ham just really nasty

Bad service, the manager, Mirna was not helpful at all when I called to say that I had not received my order. When I told her the driver had not knocked on my door for contactless delivery her response was to repeatedly respond with yes he did , as if arguing with a child. She said there was nothing she could do . She lacks all customer service skills and I will definitely not be ordering from this store again. I 'd give her negative stars if I could.
