Chili's Grill Hialeah

I only stayed at this restaurant because I had a gift card. However, the waiter ignored us multiple times before finally attending to my wife, myself, and our two daughters. Despite noticing us when we were seated, he served other customers around us before getting to us. After 45 minutes of waiting, our drinks and entrees were still not served. When we finally received our entrees, they were cold. I am choosing to leave now without paying, as I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
