Fresh Kitchen - Herzliya

We were offered a 5% discount if we gave them 5 stars, so keep that in mind when you see all the 5 stars here. The food was average, but the service was very slow and the utensils were dirty. We were going to give 3 stars, but then the waitress mentioned the discount for a 5 star review. Not a good practice in our opinion. It's important to be cautious when looking at the numerous 5 star reviews with only 3 word comments.

A very disappointing meal. I ordered a portobello mushroom Caesar salad. What I got was a pile of mainly lettuce with a smattering of croutons and grated Parmesan. The grilled portobello mushroom was very small and quite frankly, irrelevant. The fresh bread that was promised with the meal turned out to be one slice of whole meal toast with no butter. I asked for a better standard of bread, and nothing came. We were told that this bread is served because it’s “healthy”… I have had many salads in Israel and have never been served cold toast before. We complained to the waiter several times , and we were given a dessert on the house. I don’t think we’ll be visiting again.

I shared a breakfast with my sister which was basically NOT fresh...and not tasty. A big disappointment. My other sister ordered a gluten free salmon sandwich. She is now throwing up everything in our hotel toilet. This restaurant is out to get a quick buck from unsuspecting visitors. There will always be new visitors so why should they care to give value for money? Fresh it's not....

Very nice restaurant with good food, definitely a lot better than most of the coffee shop chains. I had pasta with salmon, my wife had a salad with salmon, and both had a good amount of salmon, making them great meals, not like most places that give tiny amounts of salmon in similar dishes. Kosher mehadrin. Recommend.

Dreadful. 4 hours after eating here, I vomited everything. Had bad food poisoning. I had to give at least one star just to post.
