Kokon Ko - Herzele

Ordered children's clothing for my daughters. There was a hole in a sweater upon delivery. Have contacted in various ways (via online contact form and email), but unfortunately never received a response from KOKON KO.

We just visited Kokon. Nice concept, but the experience was a lot less than expected. Cold poffertjes, Iced latte caramel without caramel and a cappuccino where the coffee was far to be seen. Finally, more was sold out on the map than available. Pity. It felt like the last day before the leave, but the annual leave is apparently already over. Hopefully my next visit will be more positive.

We had not made a reservation (on Wednesday) and could only sit in the front part of the restaurant. No problem at all since we were 2 adults and the rear part is mainly aimed at families with children. It is a super nice family cafe. Just take a look at their website. We placed our order as requested via the QR code on the table. Everything went smoothly. Our drinks came quite quickly. We had to wait a while for our snack. But our wait was rewarded with a delicious Wrap. We are happy to have gotten to know this and will definitely come back.

We went here with friends for a chat while the little ones played. The business is a combined bar and clothing shop of kids. The menu is digitised, and you can pay using payconic. Once ordered on line the order will be brought to your table. They serve breakfast and lunch. We went for an afternoon drink and snack. Staff is very friendly. Quality of the menu is good for what they intend. Good quality snacks, drinks served cold. In the back there is a play area for kids. It has a lot of toys and even coths to dress up as super hero's. Ideal for young kids up to 6y/o. Over all a good experience and would definitely recommend for locals in case you want to have an afternoon drink and keep the kids entertainment at the same time.
