Harvest At The Hershey

We enjoyed 3 fabulous, delicious meals in Harvest. The reception at the hotel suggested the restaurant as we wanted lunch and arrived early so that our room was not ready yet. We were welcomed as a family. Our server Kellie was fantastic!!! Food is absolutely delicious and the wonderful, interesting fact about the restaurant is that the menus change daily as they get their food from local farmers. We didn't just enjoy a delicious lunch, we made reservations in the night and for this evening, and we wanted Kellie to be our server. Location is perfect as it is a short walk from the hotel. Food is excellent, great. Service is impeccable, welcoming, friendly, efficient and polite. If we ever return to Hershey, PA we will enjoy our meals in the harvest and ask for Kellie. Very recommended is this restaurant and Kellie. UPDATE: We returned to our food in this restaurant for our Christmas trip, as our first experience was so wonderful. Unfortunately, our second experience was NOT so wonderful. Kellie didn't work and the servers we had weren't that good. The food was very disappointing, our Christmas evening dinner was their smokehouse for 2, the whole meat was dry, ripped ribs in BBQ sauce to help with their dry, fortunately the Brussels sprouts and carrots were good. Our Christmas day our dinner was not better, the She Crab Soup (which we enjoyed in October) was very salty, as the scallops and the pig bell was hard to cut, and had no taste. It was just disappointed by all.

Harvest delivered from the beginning to the end. Our server, Ishmael was excellent and very attentive to our needs. We ordered appetizers, soup, salad, drinks, dinner, coffee and dessert. All we had was great. The charcuterie board with the Brezel was a nice note. The Parsnip soup was a nice surprise. I had the parrot pasta dish with chicken. Without the chicken it would have been better, but it was still good. My husband has the cocoa ribs. He said they were delicious, but they weren't baby-back rips. Just note that if you are looking for baby back ribs, they do not use them in this dish. Our cappuccino and chocolate cream cakes were for dying. We even took a piece for Mom home. She quickly swallowed it. Do not look for this restaurant in the main entrance of the hotel. If you only drive to Harvest, you can go back to the building behind the hotel. We didn't know, but it was a nice walk. A great experience.

Server was great and a beautiful atmosphere. It would be nice if they had a better beer selection. Also the ribs were really boiled. Deserts were great!!!

What a Great birthday lunch celebration. Lindsey, our server was excellent. The food, drinks and dessert were all delicious! We will definitely return again.
