Very warm welcome. Delicious cakes and the coffee comes fast and very hot, I love that. The best way to sit outside and let life look relaxed. Very recommended.

Here is a more detailed assessment, as I find that these should help others to make decisions. Only stars forgive me a little bit too little. I was in the Hersbruck brewhouse last week. Being noticed on the internet site I went. It received me a guest room decorated in typical Franconian brewhouse style, beautifully decorated but not overloaded. Beer and wine maps were ready at the table, as well as cutlery and napkins in the beer jug, just as you wish for a brewhouse. The very nice service, which later became the head of the brewhouse, advised me to a very special beer that is brewed for the brewhouse, Brauhaus 976. The first sip was a little needy, but then it tasted better with every sip. Truly a good recommendation. The menu is more than sufficient with changing weekly and Sunday cards, a very extensive carving card and many bread times. Here everyone finds something for his taste. I chose the carving plate with potato salad, 4 small carvings with different panads, according to the map freshly panned. And really, just after my order came out of the kitchen the typical Schnitzel-Klopf-Geräusch.... So here is really freshly cooked and not just prefabricated from the freezer. The scavengers were very delicious, especially the crispy panade a dream. The potato salad was not from the bucket as often, freshly cut potato slices laughed from the plate, as it should be. A very lonely change to the usual 'unique potato salad' from the store. I enjoyed the dessert in a liquid form, a beer liqueur made in the brewhouse itself has given me excellent care. All in all, the visit was complete. The principle 'Regional and Seasonal' is lived here with body and soul, it is really fun to eat here. There are frying and clapping only on Sunday and public holidays, but this is forgiven for the large number of dishes. The menus are provided on the homepage for download, currently I am laughing at the beef roulade, possibly I will enjoy it tomorrow.
