PSA the BLT doesn’t come standard with lettuce and tomato?

Wildly understaffed for a Saturday night. Waited at the window for 20+ minutes without my sandwich. Finally gave up and drove to a competitor.

If I could give zero stars for this location I would. They are absolutely horrible and a mouse could follow instruction and make a better sandwich. Their employees are clueless and when you report the error to manager they do literally nothing even when it's their mistake. Will not be going back this was the last straw of wasting money to such a useless store and advising others to not go either

The owner had almost zero awareness while working the line next to a new employee. The experience was regrettable, go through the drive through or better yet JJs down the street, yikes!

Did an online pick up order. The whole order is written down so you literally shouldn’t get it wrong. They literally didn’t read any notes I guess. Our sandwiches were dry no sauce. My toasted sandwich not toasted. How can you simply not follow instructions?!? I’m sorry but next time I’ll just make my own damn sandwich at home. At least I’ll get it right. ??‍
