Santo Agave

Came for a medical conference and saw this restaurant near my hotel, so I decided to give it an attempt. first the service is excellent! they prepare a mocajete salsa at their table to hours taste! there is a lot of...speeds to choose, but I decided to go with the suggestions, and had the pulled lamb lamb lamb and bark bone mark together with spargel. it was incredible! the prices are quite reasonable. give this restaurant a try and they will not be disappointed!

They prepare fresh salsa from scratch on their table. I think this is the highlight of this restaurant. the evening was chic. the personal is generally friendly and very hard to be helpful.

I had a business dinner in Santo Agave. It is a nice restaurant that offers pricey modern Mexican food. The food on the menu sounds better than the real food that you get. We had several starters and they were generally good. I can recommend...the ceviche and the shrimp tacos. The main dishes sounded better than the reality. They were not bad but not so good than expected. The restaurant is to pricey for the meals you get. The food is not bad but far away of beeing excellent. There are far better restaurants of modern Mexican food. The service was surprisingly unfriendly and unmotivated which is a rare experience in good restaurants in Mexico. Therefore the Santo Agave is not a restaurant that I have to visit again.

Very nice atmosphere with an interesting menu. You can order for example your own small traditional taco grill to be put on the table to slice the meet for you tacos. That's a lot of fun for a small group. Two huge covered terraces round...up this nice place. Meat is probably not their strongest competition o maybe I was unlucky my filet was not tender at all. A huge selection of Tequila an Mezcal.
