Went for some lunch and beers which were great! But the customer service needs A LOT of work!! No one at the entrance to get my temp checked and get hand sanitizer, waited for like 10min then I realized no one was going so I help myself to the table. Once at the table, another 10 min to get a waitress to come over and take our order. I were about to leave but stayed because We were really hungry. When I finished placing my order, I’m told the waitress for my table was taking care of other clients, which I didn’t mind at first because I would understand if it was busy or if they had a full-house but that wasn’t the case it was at 25%-30% capacity. She then pointed her out where we saw her taking pictures and talking to other tables for long periods of times and constantly texting. Unfortunately, I sat right across from where the food order is ready for the tables and saw my order and it took another 10-12 min for them to see it and bring it to us. Like I said the beer was great the food was good But the service from waitresses was not. After getting the food then they want to ask if everything is ok every 5 min, Not cool. The worst part is they try to make you pay 20% tip even if they didn’t earn it.

I had only one meal at the restaurant mirador and I found the dishes ok, but the taste could have been better. good service, a bit price. good portions also. I would come back, but it would not be my first option.
