Tucked in a little gift shop you could easily miss this jewel of a bakery. The gluten free bakery of your dreams. So many delicious options. So very happy to find this place. Even if you’re not gluten free they have delicious options at great prices. Please support this wonderful place to keep it open to those who need it.

Everything gluten free! One of the best quiches I've ever had. I ended up with several things and all for an affordable price. This will definitely be a weekly stop from now on.

A hidden Gem of Hernando, the Baker's Corner offers delights savory and sweet. Made from scratch by a wonderful creative chef, and they are Gluten Free. Hernando is blessed by some wonderful treats. There also are some shopping treasures for those looking for unique gifts. Good Eats and Good Hunting!

I recommend the store/food/service for anyone. Plus they have great gifts from local artists you can purchase there too. From purses to pottery

First off I love that this place is fully GF due to my wife being allergic. The vibe is alright but seems to be a little pushy. We tried a lot of different things on the menu and got mixed results. Some things were delicious and moist and some were dry or way undercooked. Overall it’s an ok place and I would probably go back.
