First of all, we were not greeted when we entered the restaurant. There was no one in the lobby, so I don't understand why we were not acknowledged! When we did get our food, it was COLD! This was not a great experience at all!

Good Arby's long wait on guy with big order in drive thru. They could have asked him to pull
We come to our Hernando Arby’s a lot! We just love Logan and his very contagious smile! Thanks Logan for always making us feel like we’re family!
