Bidra med feedbackWe usually go to the drive thru to order and get it to go. We have always received good service and the food is hot and fresh. Never had a problem here that was not quickly resolved with Management.Parking: Easy in and out at the traffic light located at Wal-Mart entrance.
The store was incredibly understaffed. However, I want to give a huge shout out to the manager, Sheila. She continued to inform every customer of the issue and worked as hard as possible to get food out quickly. From my experience, and what I was seeing, food was being brought out very quickly and as quickly locations I’ve seen that are fully staffed. The quality of food, despite being short staffed, was better than a few other locations in the area.The most impressive thing that I saw was when the power flickered, and all of their systems went down. It caused every order to be lost and issues with taking orders as the systems were still down whenever I left.However, Sheila handled it with grace and efficiency while still trying to get all remaining orders out. I am highly impressed by her management skills and ability to provide quality food and service despite what became multiple obstacles (and big ones). Thank you so much and I will return!!!
I placed an order for pick up at this location. Tried to pick it up 3 times and was told they had no food for me and then told I was at the wrong location. I contacted support for my order they told me they called the store and the store said it was ready. Came back a 4th time and my order was sitting on the counter cold. I was refused a refund because “they said my order was ready”
Only had 3 people working so it took forever and then he didn't put any coffee in it, so I had hot water in creamer. The grease was so old I could only eat a few bites and threw t. he thiy. The few bites I did eat made me sick to my stomach.
Quick, friendly, food is still Taco Bell, quality Baja blast
