Bidra med feedbackI hate to complain but our experience tonight was unacceptable. The young woman taking care of our order did well. But there were only a total of 6 other people in the place and every table and even the drink area was a total mess! None of the tables, the high top island or the drink area had been wiped off at all, the floor was a mess. The pop machine had ice piled up so high you probably couldn't get a cup under it for ice.To top it off, we didn't complain, we got our orders and left in shock. Then while eating my chicken bowl, I bit into 2 nasty bones! That was enough for us, we will never eat there again.
Is this location just always understaffed??Every time that I’ve ever placed an order, it’s never ready by the estimated time. Google is claiming this time of day is “less busy” than usual but it’s 20 minutes past when my order was supposed to be done. I got a notification that it’s ready and it’s not even on the shelf yet. I’ve been up since 5am I just want my dinner so I can go home ? I wouldn’t complain but it’s EVERY time I do a pick up order and I’m talking months apart
This location has gone downhill since 2021. The manger Erica takes no pride in the integrity of this Chipotle. It’s always dirty and takes atleast 20 minutes to get any good. This particular cashier the day I went if I didn’t know any better I would say she rides the short bus if you know what I mean. She double charged my friend and gave her a water cup when she asked for vinaigrette. She also tried to charge my other friend 14 dollars for chips and queso. She MUST be fired.
Ordered online for pick up. They were busy and got a little behind, so I had to wait a bit for my food. Our orders were correct and yummy. We were only missing our chocolate milk. We'll return.
You have 6 people behind the counter at the dinner rush, and a line of 18 people. Yet, inevitably, there is only ever one person actually fulfilling orders. Everyone else is doing tangential tasks that could be done when you don’t have a line out the door, and they’re taking their sweet time doing them too. Where is the management of this place?
