Dutch Bros Coffee - Hermiston

Love dutch and all the people.... but I have one critique. Why put boba on top of the drink? I have never seen boba served like this. It takes the experience away from it. I understand you want to be different and I know it comes from the top of the franchise but it makes no sense.

I recently visited this coffee shop and it's become one of my go-to spots. (As long as they don't have a huge line) The staff is always upbeat and quick, making the experience enjoyable. As a Dutch Brothers fan, I love their coffee and Red Bull drinks. My kids are fans too – they enjoy the not-so-hot hot chocolate and Italian sodas. Highly recommended!

This location has gone downhill tremendously in the past 6 months. The service is terrible and the employees are rude. Would recommend trying other coffee shops in Hermiston.

Order was done correctly the first time. Nice people, very attentive to food allergies. The music was too loud, even for Dutch Bros. I couldn't hear the barista at the window, she was yelling and still only heard the music. Normally at any other Dutch Bros location I can at least hear the barista. I get that this is their brand, but this location has taken the volume to another level. (Of note, I never have liked most of the music that they play, and often find that it is not safe for young ears. But I love the coffee, unlike Starbucks they do not burn the bean during roasting. This may affect my opinion on the volume, as music that I like would likely have a less severe aversion to the volume.)Dietary restrictions: Very aware of lactose intolerance and low sugar options.
