Mcdonald's - Hermantown

Always friendly at this location and typically get my order correct. The inside lobby and dining area are always clean.

Hamburgers are about $10 now. The people that work there are very nice.

Coincidentally, the little grandma server pictured here was the reason for the poor review. She didn 't know how to take an order or input into the computer. We ordered a standalone fish sandwich and a fish meal. She asked which drink we wanted (not size, and it 's self service). My wife answered sprite and grandma promptly charged us separately for it even though it comes with the meal. I ended up calling over the manager and she tried to talk over me. Not smart. Manager paid us back for the error, but it 's the principle, not the money that got me upset in the first place with Grandma not understanding the basic tenet of retail: the customer is ALWAYS right! Won 't ever return to this place!

Relatively quick, the food was a McDonald's and was as expected.

AVOID!!! Cook at home!! Quality is as low as you can go. Prices are INSANE!!! I ordered 1 BigMac which used to be under $3. Now it's almost $7 and the burger patties are literally thinner than the tiny pickle slices. ALMOST as thin strip of ketchup they barely apply. Place used to be a good choice for cheap and fast/OK food. Now its a choice for expensive bad and old food. AVOID!!!
