We visited Katsura Herlev on 20 June between 18 and 19 to celebrate my son's birthday. He wanted sushi, so it was what we ordered. Unfortunately our experience was combed when my 14-year-old son discovered a hair strand that was wrapped around one of the sushi pieces. He asked me if it was normal to find a hair strand in the food, and unfortunately I had to confirm that it should not be the case. We called the waiter and aware of the problem. The servant apologized and asked if we wanted a new portion of sushi using an iPad order system. We thanked no when our appetite was destroyed, and asked for the bill instead. The servant came back and announced that they complained the incident and offered us a discount of 10 percent. Unfortunately, this experience has become the last time we eat at Katsura Herlev. Although the staff apologized and offered a discount, it is unacceptable to find foreign objects in the food. It makes us doubt on the hygiene standards and the quality of the ingredients of this restaurant. We had set up to celebrate our son's birthday on a cozy and delicious restaurant, but instead our evening was destroyed. We will now search for other dining options that can deliver the quality and safety we expect when we pay for a meal experience.
We were today off and celebrate my sister's birthday 6 people including a child. We wait 2 hours for the food that comes dumping, so there is no enough food for everyone at once.
