Mcdonald's - Henrietta

The McDouble and McChicken I had at this restaurant were the worst tasting I've ever had. The McNuggets were dry and difficult to chew. People in the area mentioned that they avoid going to this local business.

I consistently receive exceptional service at this restaurant, and my most recent visit was no exception.

Cynthia was incredibly kind and friendly during my visit to the restaurant. She took the time to chat with me and brightened my day. I am thankful for her excellent service.

They were not too busy, but they worked slowly. many employees seemed to be confused and one of the youngs on the line was eating during making sandwiches. the fries were underboiled, the chicken sandwich was cold and the wrapper sauce had of something else that tasted over everything, and the milkshake was half-picked. the nuggets were good. I waited minutes for objects while fewer than cars were driving thru and only people were inside. not fast eating at all.

Came here to get some late night food and no one answered the drive through.The lights were on, screen/menu board was on, and they just did not answer the drive through.If the establishment is closed, meue board should be SHUT OFF so there is some sort of indication that you're closed for your customers.Unprofessional.
