O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Henrico

Food is good and my orders were correct, but all three last times I ordered pickup, I must go in to get my order. It was not even busy this time; four tables were occupied. Can't an employee just get off?

I love this restaurant it was always one of my favorites and I do not hate it able to give there five stars, but the service this last time was sub par and not what I am used to. At first it was very slow to prepare my meal as soon as it was ready to be a togo meal, I didn't think I had to ask for utensils, but there was no one at all. I was on my way to get back to my room and eat nothing was very frustrating after I had waited so long. Not having the simple things like butter or spices was a no. The food tasted great, but was badly prepared. I hope my next visit. ll go better.

His 'question or hunger' here (so to speak) both in terms of the available service and food. I can't comment on the food, because I haven't offered a table yet. At visit 1, the place was not crowded, but the quoted table waiting time was super long. Another chainplace you would know under 1 mile could accommodate us. Our second attempt this evening saw about 15-20 minutes waiting, with a person who let us know that there were only 2 servers. I respect the staff and note that this is a situation without profit. Maybe we try it again and I can update the review. I have seen other places that make it possible to sit guests and get drinks even if it takes a little longer to order. Maybe there are other problems here. Who knows.

Have ordered the delivery from this site several times and never had a problem. The food has always arrived hot and tasty. Love the roles and they are very cheap to add an additional order. Although I did not try much of the menu, the chicken teeth were always excellent and the Mac and the cheese are always creamy and cheesy as it should be.

Terrible. Ordered one thing got another. Incorrect temp on steak, ordered no pink loaded potato was a plain potato, rolls flat and missing second vegetable. Place should be closed down. Wait staff is horrible place is dirty benches falling off wall
