Franco's Italian - Henrico

Even though we had made a reservation through Open Table, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was chaotic. There were people everywhere. When we spoke to the manager, he claimed that we had no reservations. I showed him the confirmation on my phone, but he responded with, "THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM." He was unapologetic, unhelpful, and downright rude. We decided to dine elsewhere and will not be returning.

The staff was nice and the food was okay, but it took an hour for us to get our food.

Our group of 11 received excellent service and the food was good and plentiful. We will definitely return and recommend for friends and family meetings.

Food was great, table service was good, but orders were not complete. But I called after work and Sara was great to help. Thank you.

The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the staff were extremely friendly. Despite arriving late with a large group of 19 people, they still provided us with outstanding service.
