West First Wood-fired - Hendersonville

The staff are wonderful and the food is incredible! Wild mushroom pasta was absolutely delicious!!

West First Wood-Fired is a fantastic spot with great food and excellent service. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a clean, updated decor and a lively atmosphere with people of all ages enjoying themselves at the tables or the bar. We were lucky to get a table outside without waiting. The homemade pasta felt like comfort food, and the fresh dill cream sauce was perfectly seasoned. The wood-fired pizza, my favorite, had an interesting twist with green peas, which balanced the flavors beautifully. I’d definitely return for the pizza or pasta.

Met a few friends here for dinner and we all enjoyed our meals. Everyone got something different and we all shared bites of pizza and pasta. The bbq pizza and Margherita were delicious and the garlic chibata bread was remarkable with the olive oil.

My friends mentioned loving this pizza place and so when I had to go to Hendersonville on an errand I decided to try for myself! Really good pizza and tons of other delicious options on the menu I can't wait to go back and try. I had the salmon pizza, the seasonal salad, and a drink I'm forgetting the name of (alcoholic with lavender, lemon, and butterfly pea flower). The salmon pizza is definitely worth a try! Recommend getting a salad too. All the ingredients were fresh and of great quality, not to mention I love that they are sourced locally. I will say the drink was a little too strong for me though!

Great location, good menu, excellent service. Pizza was a little heavy on grease and extra flop.
