Postero - Hendersonville

The food was good, once it came. It took an inordinately long time to bring two apps and then a long time more for two entrees. Annoying when other tables of two diners that were seated after we ordered got their food before we did.

Wow. Amazing. The owners and staff provide food/bar, service and experience that's rare nowadays. Top notch quality food (fried green tomatoes, brined pork chops, lamb loin, pot de creme chocolate dessert, etc) served the second it's done. Hendersonville should be proud.

A very nice restaurant.........great vibe/atmosphere. The open kitchen was fun to observe. Only complaint (and it is a small one) is we had reservations for two people at 7pm and arrived around 6:55pm. We weren't seated until around 7:10pm. Again, small complaint but if we respect a restaurant enough to make a reservation then I have always believed you ought to be seated within five minutes of your reserved time.

Phenomenal experience. Sat at the bar without a reservation, and Zach took great care of us. Blackberry and Goat Cheese Arugula and Watermelon Salad Fried Green Tomatoes Scallops Peach Melba

We thoroughly enjoy the food and service here. The menu changes, but the entrees are always delicious. All of the appetizers should be tried. Personally, I like the fried green tomatoes and the brioche.
