I had an outstanding stay here and recommend this place for anyone seeking refuge from the norm. This place offers one of the best places to watch the sunset as well and it was one of the highlights of my trip to North Carolina! The staff and team were all super friendly and I not only had a great stay, but I felt my soul recalibrated here! In addition to my stay, I treated myself to a massage treatment via their spa! Anna IS one of the best massage therapists you will ever find! I fell asleep the last 10 minutes and that has never happened to me, EVER! That's how effective it was and how relaxed I became! So needed this trip!

This was our “clean” room. Disgusting. Bugs everywhere, clogged sink, tissues on ground, tape on windows, dirt all over floor. I left after showering because I didn’t realize how nasty it was. I called to inform the manager Anna who was not helpful, said the room was perfectly fine, and told me I wasn’t getting any money back, and became argumentative. So, I found a new hotel and woke up the next morning to another charge from SKYLARANNA Resort SPA for $51.75 a pet fee when i was in the room maybe 20 min. In total SKYLARANNA Resort SPA charged me $187.37 for 20 minutes. Literally go anywhere else. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Cleanliness didn’t exist. Don’t waste your money and get stolen from like I did. Would give 0 stars if possible.

We stayed here for one night following some brewery visits in Asheville. We arrived after 9 pm and appreciated the contactless check in to our cabin. We booked a 2 story cabin after reading some reviews of noise issues in the studios. It was called waterfall cabin, but there was no waterfall view. Beautiful back porch overlooked woods and trails tho! Our cabin was exceptionally clean. We heard airplanes flying overhead as the airport is 5 minutes away but otherwise the property has great amenities two hot tubs and a pool and large fire pit. We enjoyed a late night under the stars.

I went with my husband, he was there for business and I tagged along. Cabins 1B were very nice, the hotel is beautiful and in a great location.
