Chicken Salad Chick - Hendersonville

Was not sure what to expect here, but with the cute atmosphere and how proud they are framed their magazine reviews on the wall, I expected somewhat pretty good. It turned out that this was nothing other than a beautiful and ornate teacake with glitter and wrinkles made of polystyrene foam. And from customer service? is meaningless and could also go to history books. I ordered the lemon basil chicken salad on the croissant. It had no taste and the croissant was beautiful and cold. I also ordered the strawberry salad with poppy clothes and that was decent. I think what the finisher was for me was the kitchen worker who literally pushed us out of the way to fill his well. Well done.

Only been a few times, figured I would try online ordering so it'd be ready when I got there. I arrived to a pretty dead store and the customer in front of me was taking a very long time to order. I waited by the hand off area and then the person on the register helped someone who came in after me. Then after answering all of that customers questions I was helped and my order was sitting open on the counter the whole time. Took 10 minutes to get my food after arriving when there was very little business. Disappointed, makes me wonder if its worth it to keep coming back after the little urgency in service.

I am a huge fan of Chicken Salad Chick! Always really good service and great food.

I got the Kickin Kay Lynne, which was advertised as being very spicy, but ended up being rather bland. Like seriously, the pickle I got with it was spicier. Other than that the potato soup I got was nice, and the staff was friendly. Not my kind of place, but nice for what it is.

New to town. Found this wonderful place by chance. Everything on the menu looked so good. They can get you a sample of as many chicken salads add you'd like. Had the Sassy Scotty and the broccoli salad. Absolutely delicious!
