The food was delicious, and the service was excellent considering the circumstances. The restaurant was very busy because of the holidays, and many of their staff members were sick. Jenny, despite her own children being ill, was kind and working hard to make sure all customers had a pleasant dining experience. Emma was our server and seemed to be one of the few available, but she was also friendly and professional.

I ordered a salad as a second side but never received it. I was still charged the same amount even though I only received one side. Additionally, I asked for extra bread but never received it. There were also no refills on drinks.

Food was amazing! Staff well our waitress had 3 tables and just couldn't be bothered to refill drinks while i passed by her chatting up other staff then could see her just standing around. She didn't even bring the food out. I'm an amazing tipper so her bad service resulted in just the 20% instead of way more. I'm diabetic BTW n I'm thirsty all the time so no refills is a big deal.

Seems like Cheddars is working on better quality. Everything we ordered was very good!!
