Bidra med feedbackExcellent! The food was AMAZING! And they had exactly what I needed for my lectin-free diet!
Wow, this place has the best tasting food. They have modified meals if you are on a stricter diet plan (the ones with pics of the dumbbells can be modified to a healthier version) and the food is so good! You can eat in or pre-order food to take home as a meal prep. Pricing isn't too bad. Love it!
I walked it back to the counter, hoping to get a refund and some assurance that management was aware of the issue and would take steps to ensure no one else received undercooked meat. The cashier was very apologetic and went to get a manager. When she returned, she offered me a new meal and a free shake, but I told her I wasn't hungry anymore and just wanted my money back. I asked if the manager could come out to speak with me, but she said he was too busy. I was shocked—how could a manager not be concerned about serving raw chicken to a customer? I then called back to get the manager's name and was put on hold. Eventually, Vince, the manager/owner, came on the line to try to resolve the issue. I appreciated his attempts, but I declined his offer after he refused to come out and speak to me in person earlier. It felt like they didn't care until I mentioned writing a review. I would have considered returning if management had assured me that this situation would be addressed.
The food here is delicious, healthy, and fresh, but the service could use some improvement. The staff is friendly, but out of the three times I visited, I received the wrong order each time and had to wait a long time for the correct one. It's a great option for healthy food, just don’t expect a quick meal.
The cashier was very apologetic and went to get a manager. When she returned, she offered me a new meal and a complimentary shake, but I explained that I wasn’t interested in more food—I just wanted a refund. I asked to speak with the manager, but she told me he was too busy. I was shocked that someone in charge wouldn't take a moment to address the serious issue of serving raw chicken. When I called back to ask for the manager's name, the owner, Vince, got on the line in an attempt to make things right. While I appreciated his call, I reminded him that I had already been in the restaurant, and he didn’t come out to address my concerns personally. They only seemed to care about the situation once I mentioned writing a review. I would have considered returning if I had received proper assurance from management that they would take care of this issue.
