Good for fast lunch, ok service. Order 3 chicken tostadas to go, Mama!! Service a bit slow, salsa bar no long self service. For all 3 Tostadas, only with 2 Salsas, asked for Salsa?

Favourite fast food, but a little cheap to the amount of chicken they put on a double chicken salad. Seems like a normal chicken salad.

Two things you don't mess with: people's money and people's food. I ordered from this store after the change from another one who constantly got my order wrong. They made a mistake once, but I decided to give them the advantage of doubt... BIG MISTAKE!!! This time I ask to remove sour cream, cheese and beans from my Tostada salad (TMI: lactose is not my friend! It came with the items I asked to remove. That means I have to discard half of the salad I paid to avoid eating the things I asked them to remove. Usually I wouldn't complain. It's food and places are short employees, so it's me, but that should be more accurate, especially when it comes to food. Also, that cannot be the reason why you give your customer when they call to let you know about a problem with their order, AGAIN! I know that it is not really important to them, so I think an evaluation is the best way to get their attention. Good luck if you want to order from this place. I wouldn't do it unless you want to play Russian roulette for lunch or dinner. Also, dear owner, before responding to this review, please at least make it seem as if you not only copy and insert a skillful answer. The number of 1 star reviews in the last few weeks alone should prompt you to do more.

This is the worst El-Popo-Loco I've ever done, their customer service ALWAYS sucks! They are always from something, either black beans or white meat chicken. In addition, the cash registers are rude if they don't fix their job.

Decided to get food for the family after work my food was un edible I called just to get a credit for mine leg and thigh. Chicken was over cooked. Pieces small . He said I had to come back if I wanted new food. No I don't want tt drive all the way back after a long day at work. Gas prices are rcrt are crazy
