Bidra med feedbackI was in this place a few times and never had any problems. I see if you don't like your job, you'll get another one. Customer service was completely disrespectful. I?d ordered breakfast with sausage and a side order of cookies. When I got my order, it had bacon. I guess the waitress liked the fact that I told her that I didn't want to bacon and before I had a chance to ask about the cookies that she takes off. She comes back with my eggs and a sausage and takes off again before I can even say thank you or even ask about my missing product. I decide to wait a few minutes to see if she comes back with my biscuits that she never came to get her down. I asked ?shouldn?t there are two sausages and not just one?? (I have received it in the past). She told me it didn't just come with one and I tried to explain that I always received 2. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say or give me the chance to ask about the cookies and went away and said I could talk to the manager. I thought the manager was more polite and reasonable, but no, I was wrong. Even he never gave me the opportunity to speak or ask my cookies. Of the two I told them I didn't want to eat here anymore and wake up. The manager wasn't even interested and said I didn't care. I don't have time for it? My dad liked this place, so I'll find another place to have breakfast with my dad.
Yeah baby, I 'm back in my happy place! I commented on how our local Dennys was not doing the Club Sandwich as that franchisee chose to remove it from the menu. In comes Jim 's Restaurant to the rescue. Oh, and Dennys, Jim 's throws in a quarter slice of pickle on your plate. Game Set Match. Clear winner... JIM 'S! and the pies at the entrance, clever. I had to have that Boston Creme Pie. I was clearly hungry and Jim 's was my happy place. Thank you Jim 's. Great service as always too.
Food was very good and service was as well. Haven?t visited in a long while. I appreciate having breakfast at noon here : Jim?s did not disappoint. Chicken tortilla soup was very good as well. Tried the soup for the first time and would come back for it.
Well we decided to go after church , there were 11 of us we know that when we are a big group that we usually have to wait to be seated not a problem. The young man that seated us was so kind. I want to thank him??They sat us in three different tables as to accommodate us which was OK. But our waitress Jennifer was rude, never smiled, and had an attitude with me when I told her that we?ve been waiting 45 minutes for food and she said no you?ve only been waiting 30 minutes OK, she never smiled when she came to our table she just wanted to know what you wanted to drink? did not greet us with a smile or anything, I think she didn?t want to wait on us . I think Customer Service goes a long way and Jennifer needs to be trained. I noticed on another review Jennifer was not nice to her customer either? interesting !! If you notice my eggs Benedict I took a picture because all of our food that came out was cold or undercooked , my eggs Benedict the eggs were hard-boiled as you can see in the picture . I didn?t bother to complain about the cold food or the hard boiled eggs on top of my eggs Benedict because I didn?t think it would do any good. I don?t think we will be turning returning to Jims again at least not to this location. I did leave her a tip because that?s who I am , but I do think that Jims needs to train their employees on Customer Service.
I stopped in for a late dinner (8 pm) and even though the restaurant was almost empty we waited for a table. That wouldn't have been a huge deal except then we waited 20 minutes to order drinks which took just as long to get back. It seemed like the waitresses weren't getting along well and no one wanted to wait tables. The food was so-so. I can't see myself ever wanting to go back but my boyfriend loved the pancakes, maybe burgers just aren't their specialty.
